All items are shipped via either UPS or the Postal Services
All orders are processed before being shipped. Processing time takes 1-2 business days. Once processing is done, items are shipped, our FREE SHIPPING method will take 5-14 business days for delivery. EXPRESS delivery options are also available upon checkout which take 3-5 business days.
Items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.

30 Day Guarantee: CKJewels.com is proud to offer high quality merchandise to our customers and we are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it will surpass your expectations. Your satisfaction is the cornerstone of our business. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied and delighted with your purchase you may simply exchange the unused item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. All items returned for a refund is subject to a 10% restocking fee or a minimum of $10 whichever is greater.
